The 5-minute Sunday review that prevents a chaotic week
Most chaotic weeks don’t start on Monday. They start on Sunday — when you skip the five minutes it takes to get clear on what actually matters. This playbook gives you a simple weekly review you can do in five minutes flat, every Sunday, to make sure your week works for you instead of against you.
Why your weeks feel chaotic
Chaos doesn’t come from having too much to do. It comes from not knowing what to do first. Without a short weekly reset, you carry last week’s mess into the next one — and the pile keeps growing.
The 5-minute Sunday review
Set a timer for five minutes. Answer these three questions: What did I finish last week? What’s the one thing I must do this week? What’s one thing I need to stop doing? Write the answers down. That’s your plan.
What to do with your answers
Put your one must-do at the top of Monday’s list. Block time for it before anything else. Ignore everything that isn’t connected to it until it’s done.
Your next move
Do the review this Sunday. Set a five-minute timer, answer the three questions, write them down. That’s it. Do it every Sunday for four weeks and watch what happens to your workweek.
